HELENE TORP HOLTE is a Norwegian jewellery designer, graduated from London College of Fashion. During her last year at LCF she collaborated on a jewellery project with Central Saint Martins design lab for a new high-end jewellery brand “Soha Sardinia”, which launched in SS 2013.
Helene won the prestigious Norwegian design award “Nåløyet 2013”, with her graduate collection “Swords & Daggers”. The collection was based on antique weapons.
"My attention is often drawn to themes outside the realm of jewellery, often of a more masculine culture. It adds a roughness to my pieces."
Her new line “The Mercy Collection”, launching SS19, is a continuation of “Swords & Daggers”. “The Mercy Collection” consist of 5 bold, distinct rings in gold plated silver. The pieces are hand made in Norway at Espeland, located in Årnes.
