If you want to return a product, you must notify us at info@helenetorpholte.com within 14 days after receiving your order. HELENE TORP HOLTE Jewellery will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of a manufacturing fault.

When returning a product always refer to your order number in the correspondence. The product(s) must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving a return confirmation by e-mail from us. All items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped in the supplied box or padded envelope.

 

Any items being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs of wear and tear. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet with these criteria’s.

To exchange a ring in another size, please allow for a new delivery time of 4 weeks, unless the new ring size is in stock. Follow the same steps as for returns, when exchanging your ring.

Make sure you provide us with the correct tracking number, as the customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us.

 

For all international deliveries the customer is required to pay any customs, duties and other applicable taxes. Custom regulations vary from country to country. Make sure to contact your local customs office for further information. If the package is not picked up by the customer, causing additional costs, the customer is legally responsible to pay all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, return costs, or any other added charges.

All our items are hand made in Norway and made to order. Delivery time will therefore vary depending on item. Carefully check our delivery time for each piece when placing your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with shipment details such as the estimated delivery time, courier and tracking number.

 

All domestic orders for "The Mercy Collection" will be delivered within 4 weeks from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Domestic orders are sent with DHL and will be delivered to your delivery address or local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via e-mail when your package is on its way. Shipments that are not collected within 14 days will be sent back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for 150NOK.

 

All international orders for “The Mercy Collection” will be delivered within 6 weeks from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders are sent with DHL and will be delivered to your delivery address or local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via e-mail when your package is on its way. Shipments that are not collected within 14 days will be sent back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for 15 EURO.

 

All orders are traceable with provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delay occur you will be notified via e-mail. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and in case of severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.

Please notice that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

All our pieces our handmade in Norway and made from order.

When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that you order has reached us. Delivery time for Norway is 4 weeks. For international orders our delivery time is estimated to 6 weeks.

Our prices are shown in NOK and EURO. Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard via Stripe. We do not accept any other methods of payment.

HELENE TORP HOLTE reserves the right to change the prices of our products. However, the price for an item will remain during the process of a purchase.

All your personal information is handled under strict confidence and will never be given to any 3rd parties. Personal data collected from customers online consists of name, billing and shipping address, email address and telephone number and will only be used to complete a sale, and/or in correspondence with the customer.

Size guide

If you do not know your ring size please go to your nearest Goldsmith or jewellery store to get measured!

When choosing a ring size please follow are guidelines below.

Rings wider that 5mmwill increase you ring size. For our rings wider than 10mm the rule of thumb is to go up 2 sizes.

Our sizes are based on the inner circumference of a ring.

All our rings are available in the following sizes 52/54/56/58/60/62, except The Guard Ring which is available in sizes 46/48/50/52/54/56.

Other sizes can be customized for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

Warranty

A 1-year warranty is issued on all items bought from the website www.helenetorpholte.com. The warranty only applies to manufacturing faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If the product is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately at info@helenetorpholte.com

 

Safety! IMPORTANT!

All our sharp rings must be worn with care! They are not toys and must not be used to harm others. HELENE TORP HOLTE does not take any responsibility for damage done to any other objects or living person or animal caused by the use of our rings or any other jewellery.

 

Usage & care

Our pieces is handmade of 925 gold plated silver and must be handled with care. Please note that plating will naturally wear off over time. Here are some tips on how to keep your pieces pretty for longer.

 

• Keep all jewellery out of contact with water.
• Do not store any jewellery in the bathroom!
• Do not sleep with your jewellery on.
• Always put your jewellery on last and take them of first! This will limit wear & tear from beauty products and entanglement with your clothes.
• Your jewellery should always be kept in the supplied string bag.

• Precious metal jewellery can break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces!
